I love a rich breakfast with a good cup of coffee and reading blogs and magazines early in the morning on weekends. Especially when it's after a nice long workout! It helps me relax and feel like it's really the start of the weekend :)

It's the end of the weekend, fortunately for those in Ontario, today was Family Day! How did you spend your family day? Personally Mondays are not very bad for me in general, I only have a few classes and then work, but today was awesome because I had have a chance to sleep in and spend the day with some friends and family!
